‘I am a seasoned litigator with over 17 years of experience handling a variety of business-related disputes for a diverse group of clients, ranging from major financial institutions and corporations to small family-owned businesses and individuals. While the cases I handle vary from complex financial disputes to more routine matters, I pride myself on bringing a solid understanding of law and business to every assignment. I understand that litigation almost always represents an option of last resort and more often than not presents a significant burden for the client. My approach is to be assertive, practical, and results-oriented, with careful attention paid to cost management.
During the course of my career handling a broad array of matters, including contract disputes, collection actions, mortgage foreclosures, workouts, shareholder and partnership disputes, restrictive covenant actions, insurance disputes, and professional liability matters, I have learned that one of the most important skills of a good lawyer is to be able to understand a client’s objectives and then develop a legal strategy that is well suited to realize those objectives at a fair and reasonable cost.”
